silly


I was reading Sidney Sheldon's Mistress of the Game written by Tilly Bagshawe when I realised that I just learned the real meaning of barrister.  All this while, I thought barrister is some person behind the bar who is in charge of mixing different concoction of alcoholic drinks to be served.  Only upon reading I learned that barrister is actually a lawyer representing some client.

Silly me.

But at least I learned something, eyh...
